Commercial Development Exploding in East Naples!

It has been a long time coming for new dining and shopping choices to come to the East Naples area. The area around Collier Boulevard (Rt. 951) and U.S. 41 is poised to see tremendous opportunity for both in the months and years to come. It has been recently announced that a new retail development called Tamiami Crossing will be constructed on the southeast corner of this intersection. It will be anchored by Stein Mart with other stores to be added soon. I will keep you informed as they become public knowledge. Also, across Rt. 951 in the Lowe’s Home Improvement Shopping area will be a Panera Bread built on an outparcel lot, complete with a drive-thru! It should be ready for breakfast, lunch or dinner later this year.
