Talis Park Golf Course

Then again, if you relied more heavily on the perspective of aficionados affiliated with Golf Magazine, you might regard Talis Park as best. Following a course makeover in 2011, the P.B Dye & Greg Norman-designed course at Talis Park ranks among America’s Top 25 Golf Communities. Talis Park also figures in rankings compiled by the staff at Golfweek, yet they also include Fiddler’s Creek among America’s Best Resident Courses.

But hold on, because Golf World has a different take. In ranking the Top 50 Resort Courses in America, Golf World affirms Lely Resort and its three championship courses among the Top 50 Resort Courses in America.

If one were to base it on credentials, you might then consider Treviso Bay and the course designed by Arthur Hills & Hal Sutton. This is the area’s ONLY course to achieve TPC (tournament players club) distinction. It is also noted for being one of the toughest courses in Naples.

So ultimately, determining the best among Naples golf communities can be as challenging as the sport itself. In my opinion, the best may very well be the one that awaits right outside your back door. Fortunately, there are many great finds along the fairways, including condos, villas, single-family homes and beautiful estates. If you love golfing, you know how wonderful it is to have the links located mere moments from the door of your home. You’ll find great choices among Naples golf communities, in such extent, that our per capita composite of public and private holes had led to our region’s recognition as The Golf Capital of The World!  What’s more, U.S. News & World Report has deemed Naples among The Top Ten in “Great Retirement Spots for Golf Nuts” (let’s face it, we’re really #1).

Here’s more good news, you don’t necessarily have to live among Naples golf communities to easily access a nice round of golf. We have so much golf, you’re never more than a few minutes away from a variety, no matter where you reside… something that help assure that life here remains fore-ever phenomenal.
